What delivery options can I choose?

You can have the order delivered to a home address by posten.We will of course try to do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy your products.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will of course not want to wait to receive the delicious products. We will of course let you know when your order is on its way; you will receive an email with the tracking code. It's worth using this code to track your order via the shipping company so you know exactly when to expect it.

Why does it sometimes take a little longer?

There may be delays with the shipping company. Follow the tracking code.If an ordered product is not in stock, we will usually refund the order. However, we can deliver the entire order a little later than the selected delivery date.Sometimes we have to adjust our delivery times if we are particularly busy. I have not received an order confirmation, has my order been placed successfully?

Your order confirmation will generally arrive within an hour of the completion of your order. Make sure to also check your spam folder if you have not received it yet. If it has not arrived, check whether the purchase amount has been deducted from your account. If this is the case, you can safely assume that the order has been successful. You can also find your order number in the payment reference.

Please inform us if you have not received confirmation a few hours after placing your order, so we can let you know if everything has gone well.

I have placed my order, can I still change it?

It is not possible to change the order after you have placed it. This applies to address changes, adjusting your ordered products, and the cancellation of your order. If you have changed your mind, you can return your products free of charge following delivery of the order
